JOURNEY BRIEF |

Day
1 : Arriving into Launceston collect
your h ire car and head to Deloraine,
a pretty town nestling beneath a spectacular
mountain range. Stay 2 nights at Calstock
Day
2 : Explore the vineyards of
the Tamar Valley, take a guided cave tour
in Mole Creek Karst National Park, and
enjoy markets and galleries all at your
own pace.
Day
3 : It is only a few hours drive to
Cradle Mountain so take it slow and enjoy the
rural landscapes and villages. Stay 2 nights at
Cradle Mountain Lodge.

Day
4 : Spend a day hiking the wilderness trails
of Cradle Mountain, enjoy nature and the flora and
fauna that abounds at the Lodge.
Day
5 : Drive to Strahan on the West Coast where
you stay 2 nights at Franklin Manor and indulge in
their acclaimed Tasting menus.
Day 6 : The magnificent scenery of the
West coast can be enjoyed in many ways: from a cruise
boat, by seaplane, by helicopter, quad bike, kayak
or jet boat.
Day 7 : The drive to Bruny
Island is a spectacular one taking you up on to the
Central Plateau and through the Lake St.Clair National
Park. Your host will meet you at the ferry crossing and
will show you to your cottage at Inala.

Day 8 : A full day spent discovering
the natural charms of Bruny, at all times
escorted by your guide. Touring is planned
to suit your personal interests.
Day
9 : Time for a morning activity
before returning by ferry to mainland
Tasmania and the drive to Hobart where
you stay 2 nights at Moorilla Estate.
Day 10 : Discover historic
Hobart and the Tasman Peninsula at your
leisure.
Day 11 : Return
your hire car to Hobart Airport in time for your
departure flight.
