Victoria's at Wategos" is a stunning Tuscan styled guesthouse located on an exclusive ocean front valley at beautiful Wategos beach, just under the famous Cape Byron lighthouse.

Set amongst lush tropical gardens each of the guest rooms is fully air conditioned, and opens onto a balcony or terrace with views of the pool and gardens, out to sea and towards the mountains, or an upward view to the lighthouse. Each of the rooms has been stylishly furnished and has coral stone floors, marble bathrooms and hand-crafted furniture.

With only five rooms you will be treated to personalised service and first class hospitality in a relaxed seaside setting. The spacious air-conditioned lounge opens onto the pool and is a great place to relax. In the cooler months it boasts a roaring open log fire place.

Each morning, enjoy a sumptuous breakfast served on the terrace overlooking the pool. Gourmet picnic lunch hampers are provided for day tripping and freshly baked gourmet treats are available afternoon tea. In the evening, enjoy a canapé plate, seafood platter or BBQ hamper prepared to order. Your hosts will be happy to recommend and make dinner reservations at one of Byron Bay’s fabulous restaurants.

Other facilities and services include a lap pool with a magnificent waterfall, landscaped gardens and a BBQ area. There is are a guest laundry, secure under cover car parking, surfboards and surf skis, binoculars for whale watching and mountain bikes for a quick cycle into town. For total indulgence we can organise an in house massage or facial by fully qualified therapists.

Only a short scenic walk to the top of the cape, is the stunning location of the Cape Byron Lighthouse, where you can hang glide, watch dolphins swimming in the turquoise sea, and during the Winter months experience whales migrating north to warmer waters.
